boyz and the games they play...

Over the time that Matt and Nate were in town, they ended up playing 4 games of settlers of Catan (3 with the new expansion that Zack got to go with it), a game of Spades, a game of bocce ball, Frisbee golf, a game or 2 of Tiger woods golf on the Wii, and 3 games of badminton. These boys love playing games!

hmmmm... :) ha

...and of course, being boys, there had to be some wrestling.


We had a blast getting to do it with them. It was so much fun to get to hang out with them for a couple of days. I know that Zack really enjoyed it!

Thursday night, we went over to Christy and Hector's house to play one of our games of settlers. We played it with the new expansion, which took much longer to play...and we ended up not finishing the game until after 1 o'clock! I felt SO bad for keeping them up so late! Especially since Hector was leaving to go out of town for a couple days the next day! At least they could sleep in Friday morning!

We did take a short pie break!

Friday night, I made dinner for the gang. We had Peppery Chicken fried Chicken, 4 cheese Mac N' Cheese, and roasted Italian potatoes. Then, after dinner, Zack, Matt, Nate, and Josh played another game of Settler's of Catan while I made some Brownies.



Saturday, we slept in late and then played a couple games of Badminton and then invited Josh over for another game of Settler's of Catan. Once we were done with our game, sadly it was time for Matt and Nate to head back home! We really enjoyed having them here, and hopefully they will come back for another visit sometime!
