I like to tell myself that ultimate Frisbee is not a contact sport, because technically it isn't, but unfortunately the nature of the game often lends itself to injury due to contact with another player, the ground, or in Zack's case today, the disk itself!
Zack came home tonight after practice and he had a big bruise across the bridge of his nose. What in the world!
