What's cookin at the puddle,

In August, I tried a few new recipes.

At the beginning of August, Zack and I were thrilled to have Uncle Barry come and stay with us. It was really fun to get a chance to catch up with him and spend time with him. While he was here, I was able to try out a new breakfast casserole recipe for ham and cheese puff. I served it with fresh fruit parfaits.

For dinner the next night, Zack and I tried out a recipe for fettuccine Italiana, It was really easy and it had good flavor.
A few days later, we tried a recipe for Mediterranean Pork and Orzo. This recipe was ok. It was a little bland, but if you added a little salt and pepper it tasted pretty good.
